The Occupy movement has been branded perfectly. |

We are the 99--- OWS---Occupy Miami---Occupy Dublin--- etc.
The name branding is brilliant---
Why is that important.
Young people love a cool slogan or name. It catches their attention and gets them to look up from their Iphones and Xboxes long enough to check it out.
Now sure---some may think its kind of Hipster to have a 99 on their shirt..... or attend a Occupy rally in their city--- but so what. It gets them there and once they're there, they get educated.
My son (18) who attends a Central Florida High School, says his fellow students talk about the Occupy movement at lunch, and of course on their Facebook pages.
So again--- I think the branding of this movement is perfect.
Now---contrast that to the Tea Party Brand--- hence the old coots and their walkers.
Young people hate warm tea.

I don't have a walker, yet but there are plenty of us oldsters mingling with the kids. And you're absolutely right bout the branding and kids getting educated. I feel very good about our future.
