Yep. The Clinton Admin. sued Master Card for the names of U.S. offshore accountholding credit card owners and got the list in 2000. You use the credit card to spend the offshore cash. Pretty clean way of spending without triggering suspicion. The Bush Admin. gave US tax dodgers a 2 year amnesty to refile and avoid prosecution.
Print the list and let the chips fall.
