When I am an old woman, I shall wear purple
with a red hat that doesn't go, and doesn't suit me.

8. I relate it to 'Depth of Passion' in any adverse time

My friend died of Pancreatic cancer in 2000. She was barely into her 40's & young for that type of cancer.
We planted a tree for her then & it's since grown tall beautiful.

I didn't know the color purple related to that disease but do appreciate that fact. Your post made me think of her friendship, & her passion for the underdogs.

after reading this morning how police were coming down hard on OWS throughout the country, my heart just sank for all that people have withstood, then Lec Walesa emerges to empower the beaten down. Who else would have such presence.
