Question for those who have faced Mace ...
What happens when a cop sprays Mace into the blades of a fan?

Would a misting fan be any help at washing away Mace?

Just a thought.

2. Cold water & a wet compress work on lessening the effects....
thats with mace, pepper spray a lot more water liberally to flush the skin or eyes. Don't rub!!!
Ice make offers some relief also.

3. Cold water flush
followed by baby shampoo to lessen the effects. Military are also taught to handle being sprayed for crowd/riot control.

4. A very small amount of mace can do a lot.
One time I was in a crowded bar where someone accidentally sprayed some mace and the whole place had to be evacuated. There were about 50 of us and we were all standing outside crying. I think it would take a fairly large and powerful fan to be effective against mace.

I just thought it might give the police second thoughts if they thought they might get their own spray back.
