The Tea Party is making an issue of no one being arrested at their demonstrations. The reason

Top Down Groups. They appeared and disappeared
on Command.

protest. Freedom Works and Tea Party Express were in
the background running the show. When there powerful
DC Types calling the shots, the Police are not going
to interfere.

The 99%ers are entirely different with different objectives
