URGENT NOTICE

Attention ALL MMJ patients and supporters! The end is near to the safe access as dictated by the California State Law SB215. The Obama Administration began its assault on dispensaries throughout California. Federal notices have been distributed to dispensaries and landlords demanding closure in 45 days.( In some cases 72 hours!) These notices mark the go ahead for local law enforcement to conduct closure and raids of their own. This fascist and gestapo-like invasion of our freedom and our right to safe access must be stopped! Action is NEEDED. You can take action and show your support by participating in a national White House phone campaign
telling President Obama to stop wasting federal enforcement resources on medical marijuana.

Here's how to do it:

1. Call the White House at 202-456-1111 from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. PDST.

2. You will actually speak to a real person. Tell them to stop the federal actions against medical marijuana collectives and to allow states to implement their voter approved medical marijuana laws.


A lot of calls are going to be made and if the line is busy, keep on calling until you get through. President Obama needs to hear from us - if we don't call then they won't know the widespread disgust with police state action that threatens patients and our constitutional rights.

MMJ supporters, generally receptive to this administration, are feeling betrayed (and rightly so).
