A growing protest against corporate greed and financial inequality has been endorsed by labour unions across Canada including the Canadian Auto Workers.
"I've asked local union leaders in the Toronto area to participate, provide the activism and provide the support because the protest movement is fighting for the same things we're fighting for - equality," said CAW president Ken Lewenza.
In Windsor, the Occupy Windsor gathering in Charles Clark Square is expected to begin at about noon, with a march to City Hall Square happening at about 3 p.m.
