14. Here's an explanation for that.

One of the comments @ YouTube:

"No, stop being paranoid. Youtube does several things to prevent gaming of statistics (because faking the view count can blast a video to the front page). The number of views on this video incremented too fast and made it look suspicious to the algorithm, so it froze it. It will eventually jump to the correct number."

I have seen it before, the view counter for some other video that was going viral at the time finally jumped - many hours later.

she closed the account successfully and went outside, only to be pulled back by those thugs in blue.

The NYPD is going to face a major lawsuit from that woman, and deservedly so. The City of New York will have to settle a lot of lawsuitS, and Bloomberg better be ready to answer for his stupidity and honestly, should personally pay for each of the settled lawsuits because of his inept management of the NYPD.
