occupy denver - important battleground
the occupation of denver is reported to have been lifted by swat teams.

http://www.11alive.com/news/article/209236/166/Denver-no-longer-occupied

can this be true? i am sure the occupiers moved and regrouped.

a good quote from the article : "erecting tents is symbolic speech protected by the first amendment.:"

i've been waiting 40 years for this moment, and now find myself too old and disabled to be much help in the occupation of my home town.

you youngsters, please keep up the fight.

1. Effing Hickenlooper
and then last nite, the police moved in again.

Yesterday, the police let the protesters occupy Broadway St. until 7PM - then...came the line of police with clubs.

Big rally planned today.
