Rev Bernice King goes there
Edited on Sun Oct-16-11 08:43 AM by malaise
says the postponement happened so that the economic message would be heard and backs the OWs and says her father would back the protesters in the US and overseas.
This is excellent

4. She always seemed to be..
the child in the family who is most like MLK from what I have seen over the years and yolanda.

5. She sure sounded like him
Truthfully I have been thinking all week that mother nature made two important events converge - the OWs and the MLK dedication.

She really tied his economic ideas to the OWs protests - that was brilliant.

8. Bernice is nothing like her parents.
Just for starters she is a raving homophobe and a general "hater". She is an embarrassment to the family.

11. She is right about one thing - her father would support the workers.
So would her mother.

Church attendance must be down for Bernice and she is looking to rejoin the human race. She makes Herman Cain seem sane.

10. Yeah, she's not my favorite, either...
Hasn't she backed RW candidates in the past?

15. Not really.
She's a minister but that is about the only thing about her that is similar to her father. She's a homophobe and very conservative politically.

Here's her wikipedia entry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernice_King

6. Of course her father would have backed OWS
The wingnuts who are claiming otherwise are delusional.
