We get vacuous "leaders" because we've become a vacuous country.

Listening to hate radio and TV preachers has made us petty, ignorant fools.

Don't know whether there's time to reverse the trend any longer.

We should have been fighting that guy's brand of idiocy (or Limbaugh's) a lot harder and a lot sooner.

But everyone said, "Oh don't get all worked up. No one listens to them."
