MSNBC Ed Show moving to 8 pm, Mon 10/24. Lawrence to go to 10 pm.

He might be able to reel in Billo watchers. He's got the same bombastic style.

2. I will still watch Oblermann at 7/8 on current

switch over for Rachel and 8/9, and then watch Lawrence at 9/10

I like Lawrence and Oblermann both.

I don't always make a point to watch Ed If I miss him, even though I do like him.

But sometimes I do catch up on Lawrence or Oblermann, depending on which one I missed.

So this line up works better for me.

guy talk. So I do think he's an asset, but I prefer KO's and LO's styles.

KO and LO are both intellectually stimulating and clever....that appeals to me.

Of course when KO's new show starts running at 8:00pm it is going to hurt anyone who is on MSNBC at that time.

8. Good news. I watch the repeats at 11PM. Ed now on fridays??

I watch the original shows most of the week, but Tuesday night is taken up with prime time. I look at the repeats from 11PM til 3AM. does this mean, that ED will be seen on Fridays?? I like Lawrence and am glad he is staying on. Rachel is terrific. Her exposes are marvelous.

10. It's weird. I find that I only want to watch Countdown for news/analysis in the evenings now.

Ever since Keith left MSNBC, I haven't really had the urge to watch their programming. Honestly, I used to skip Keith's show and watch Rachel and Lawrence, with Ed thrown in occassionally if I wanted to be revved up.

Now... Countdown does it. When it's off, I no longer even care to watch Rachel, whom I adore.

I think the content of the show is even better than the MSNBC version. I love the new panelists, especially the guy from the Roosevelt Institute (I think?).

Makes better since at the later time slot. I think that's the perfect time slot for him. Ed was working some long days with his radio show and tv show having such a large gap. Now if they can get Ron Reagan added to Morning Joe. That show is too far to the right and Mika is not that great a defender of the liberal side. She is pretty weak in her position.

His coverage of the Republican attempt to destroy the USPS has been superb. He's also been out front on covering OWS.

and intelligent reflection on the day. Different, of course, but that was what Aaron Brown's show used to be.
