Cruel but Not Unusual
Clarence Thomas writes one of the meanest Supreme Court decisions ever.

But this week, writing on behalf of the five conservatives on the Supreme Court and in his first majority opinion of the term, Justice Clarence Thomas tossed out the verdict, finding that the district attorney can't be responsible for the single act of a lone prosecutor. The Thomas opinion is an extraordinary piece of workmanship, matched only by Justice Antonin Scalia's concurring opinion, in which he takes a few extra whacks at Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's dissent. (Ginsburg was so bothered by the majority decision that she read her dissent from the bench for the first time this term.) Both Thomas and Scalia have produced what can only be described as a master class in human apathy.

Of course, in this case, that is very insulting to our porcine friends.

3. Thomas is a mental and moral midget
and a corrupt, bought-and-paid-for tool of the Kochs to boot. The biggest disgrace to sit on the SCOTUS in the last hundred years. He belongs in prison, not on any bench in this country.

5. thomas is to the civil rights movement
what scabs are to the labor movement. Sell-outs who trade on the pain and suffering of others to advance themselves. That scalia and thomas get o use the title "justice" with their names is a travesty.

Another part of the Bush/Nader legacy. Who knows how many more evil decisions will come down.

7. Don't forget the traitorous Bush Dems that voted for Dick Cheney!
Somehow they just LOVE to blame Nader and not themselves. :eyes:

8. Nader
A vote for nader in 2000 was the same as a vote for bush. It brought about 8 years of evil.
