12. True. But Obama making the words of W. reality does matter
the Smoke'em Out rhetoric has come to fruition. And though you're right - it's the economy - Obama's anti-terrorists hard line will matter - and be discussed at the debates.

2. I don't think Obama is taking credit for this
Apparently it was the Libyan people who took out Quaddaffi.

5. Lets hope they don't consider it a sign to do more glorious liberations
We should have learned by now from Iraq how fucked up these can end up being.

21. Applying an incident from the historical past without premise, substance or context
"We should have learned by now from Iraq how fucked up these can end up being..."

...and from the liberation of the Bosnian Serbs also to see how positive these things can end up being.

Applying an incident from the historical or comtemporary past without premise, substance or context does not force either a moral or a practical equivalent onto the here and now.

18. The President and his advisors have handled the unprecidented turnover of leaders in the M.E and
Africa amazingly well. The situations were and are so precarious and I believe our President met them as wisely as they could have been

14. No but I think that it is all about Environment right?
Why didn't this happen under Junior. The environment wasn't right, President Obama game the Libyan and other folks around the world the Environment to work in to make it happen.

11. Disagree. The economy is going to be the major issue BUT
I'm not joining you in discounting the importance of Obama doing what W. said he would do 'smoke'em out! Dead or alive". All that cowboy talk - carried out by a community organizer from the south side of Chicago.

15. Ghadafi was one of the worst dictators in the world
http://brainz.org/10-most-evil-dictators-on-earth/

President Obama provided the environment for the citizens of Libya to rise up. The Libyan people did this we had nothing to do with it.

President Obama does not brag...but hey he will get blamed for that and it will be said he is weak...whatever...

These dictators are falling because they don't have the Republicans to defend their crimes against humanity and their own citizens.

inside Libya. Other countries cannot point the finger at the US exclusively for whatever happens.
