6. Who is at fault for that?
I seem to recall the Libyans going into revolt all by themselves. I also seem to recall them asking for a no-fly zone. It also appears it was the Libyans who killed him.

Perhaps it would have been better to let Qaddafi stay in charge and slaughter his citizens. Would that have made you happy?
