they will then blame Obama for not creating jobs.

did you actually think this bill would pass in its original state?
that bill was dead on arrival. this is nothing more than a rehashing of the health care bill. slice and dice. throw out the good and keep the trash. what will be left will be an anemic mish mash of watered down bullshit filled with benefits for the rich and more burden for the middle class and the poor.

While, I certainly do have my issues with Obama, him having to deal with nothing but stonewalling by the repukes, helps no one.
They have always put party before country and they know it.
They are perfectly happy with destroying the nation in order to win an election. How that concept equates to votes, is still beyond me. But then again most repuke voters, vote against their own best interests anyway.
Ironically, most of the repuke voters I have spoken to over the years are actually democrats but just don't realize it. To them, the whole idea of being a democrat is an anathema to their years of brainwashing.
as a result, personally speaking, the concept of both republican and democratic parties are archaic. While both parties have certainly morphed into bastardized versions from what they originally were, I think they will both be gone in 20 years. What will replace them? I don't know, but the concept both frightens and fascinates me.
