1. To me this chart does not make sense. Someone making less than

$20,000 should be eligible for Medicaid. And if they have family they can have even higher incomes. So much per person.

mentally/physically disabled
adults over 65 with low incomes.

Texans in good health between 18-64 aren't covered(6.2 million) and 1.8 million kids under 18 aren't covered.
