3. stink eye: n. a facial expression of doubt, distrust, or dislike;
a dirty look; skunk eye, the hairy eyeball. (http://www.doubletongued.org/index.php/dictionary/stink_eye/)

I've got a 18-month old granddaughter who can give you the stink eye when she's mad.

It fits.

9. Double posts can happen even when you don't do anything wrong.
I suspect that's what happened here, since one of them isn't even numbered.

14. Sadly ...
the label on the guy getting shaken down is a little inaccurate. It says "Poor and Middleclass" ... The Poor and Middle classes, with the exception of a specific sub-set, understand that these "999" and flat tax schemes are not the work of Robin Hood.

So a more accurate label would be: "Working Class Republicans." They represent the largest subset of working class, i.e., poor and middle class, that consistently support the looting of their own pockets.

{Disclaimer: I have seen a couple DUers that seem equally interest-challenged as they come out in support of flat tax schemes.}

15. We need to make our case loud and long. I think we can either
win them over, or sow enough doubt that they sit on their hands come future Novembers.
