Here are the two they would like to expand:

Since 1985 I have seen the little trick the company I worked for reduce the salaries of the workers.

We used to have a merit raise and a cost of living increase.

Then they "combined the two.
The cost of living rose 3.4% and out "combined" increased was 2.7%
This didn't even cover the COL

One year they withheld raises

Then hardly anyone got promotions for 3 years

Then they increased the employees share of health care

Then they instated a deductible of $500 each (hub and wife) for Dr visit and hospital
and a $350 deductible for meds and such.

But even though we were downsizing and selling off parts of the business the CEO
and the upitty ups still got their bonuses - and the stock fell by 50%

The wealthy have had quite a few years to build their bank accounts and
accumulate money that would not have had. They're sittin pretty!

We are in a fight to redistribute the wealth back to the middle class so they can
have enough money to spend to rebuild the economy
