Who's going to man the 34 military bases we constructed in Iraq when ALL our troops come home?

1. Iraqis will man those bases, or at least some of them.
Did you think we were going to dismantle them and bring them back to the US? Sunk costs.

I do not know about the Green Zone. I don't think that was discussed by the President.

2. Some of those were turned over several years ago
Camp Fallujah, for instance. We turned it over to Iraq in 2008.
