Probably over 2000, in a quick search I wasn't able to find the number. If anyone has an approximate number (which increases daily) I'd be interested to know. Another very good reason to donate to the cause.
Can one imagine Tea Partiers having the fortitude to undergo mass arrests?

2. Should be a place on the OWS website to keep a tally of these arrests.
Tea Partiers would be screaming bloody murder if they were arrested.

5. What is the reason for the arrests though?
I mean, didn't hundreds of thousands of people come out for Iraq war protests, and there were not thousands of arrests. Were there? I went to protest a couple of local visits by George W. Bush, and there were no arrests at either of those, even though in the first one we ignored the "free speech zone" and had a group at each entrance, and in the second one, the massive police presence on I-70 west of Topeka was kinda freaky.
