WTF is going on, This is the second time I've seen this, It tells viewers to watch BO on fox, anybody seen this or am I late to this party?

Cable companies and both satellite systems negotiate the ability to put their own advertising during commercial breaks on channels they carry, with the exception of local channels on satellite (distribution method precludes this).
A particular team marketing a TV show will often reach out to cable systems and purchase ad time - sometimes stating what channel number that the show may be received on.
There are supposed to be rules in place that prevent cable companies selling airtime for shows on rival networks. However given that this advertising is done at the local level it is possible for mixups to happen (and yes they do happen).
