This is an unlisted video which means it can only be viewed by people who were given the link. I don't know what's creepier, Cain's chief-of-staff or the creepy smile Herman flashes at the end. After the chief-of-staff speaks he takes a puff on a cigarette and blows the smoke at the camera, followed by creepy smile by Cain. This video is NOT a parody or satire and is linked to Cain's Youtube account. You be the judge. I just find it kinda bizarre.
