2. well, that was incredibly vile...
It's bad enough there are nauseating dance bars like that, but to have it right out on the street?

5. Not very much.
Although I've seen a few lit-up neighbors. :silly:

If the light show were used on Halloween night only, it would be an asset to the holiday atmosphere. But night after night of that would be as annoying as Mitch O'Connell's face.

10. Most of those decorated houses do not play the music out loud
But have a very local FM broadcast for it. The Christmas houses do that - they put up signs so people coming by to view the show can listen to the music. This house is the classic example of that: http://youtu.be/i6EbbVula3M

Of course, the flashing lights and increased traffic would be annoying.

11. I love it - way better than obnoxious Christmas displays
this was fun... I can imagine increased traffic would be a nightmare, but I love it

12. I sure wouldn't want to live across the street, but it's pretty cool by someone else's house.
I think I saw this last year, but they played "Thriller" (of course). The singing Jack-O-Lanterns were the same anyway. Looks like a whole lotta code.

13. That was awesome!
We live in the country and our house is not visible from the road. Never get any trick or treaters. I wonder if the glow of the lights would attract them. LOL
