A Tempe-based company on Monday announced plans to build a new headquarters and manufacturing plant, a move that will create about 225 jobs over the next three years.
The portable power-generating systems to be built by Clear Energy Systems will each generate one megawatt of electricity -- enough to power 250 homes at once.(snip)

Carmen said the company considered both Arizona and Michigan for the new building and settled on Arizona because it offered better incentives.
Officials with the Arizona Commerce Authority said they couldn't say what the incentives will be because they are performance based, as laid out in the state's 2009 Renewable Energy Tax Incentive Program .
One incentive, Arizona is a Right to Work state!
