Bay Area man gets stuck in baby swing at park for nine hours

Just ask a 21-year-old Vallejo man who made a $100 bet with his friends that he could fit into a baby swing at a local park.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports that the unidentified man -– who should be thanking police for not releasing his name –- lubed himself up with liquid laundry detergent and jammed himself into the kiddie swing's leg holes about 9 p.m. Friday.

But he got stuck, his legs swelled and he couldn't get out.

To make matters worse, his friends abandoned him.

The newspaper reported that nine hours passed before a groundskeeper heard him screaming for help at 6 a.m. the next morning.

No way. If something happened to him then I'd say yes. But considering the fact that he was perfectly fine (if a little scared)? Not at all.

That's my point though. HE'S FINE. It was a prank. And yeah, I know. Someone is going to jump all over me "Well if you point a gun at someone and pull the trigger, but the gun isn't loaded, that's a joke too! The person is fine!" Not really the same thing. Besides, how does anyone know they weren't planning on coming back for him in the morning?
