I just saw footage of bloodied protesters on CBS5. WFT? They were not rioting as far as I could tell. This is the police chief of Jean Quan's choosing. She has failed her first big test.

If Oakland breaks, then Atlanta, San Diego, and other cities are probably next to try high-level brutality to stop the protesters once and for all.
