What Are The Occupy Oakland Protesters Saying About The Accusations By The Police That.... |
They were being pelted by water bottles & paint? I can't believe these accusations as the protests all over have been peaceful. My gut tells me that there are plants in the crowd that are purposely rabble rousing to discredit the movement. Why don't the organizers of the protest police the crowd and detain those rabble rousers and expose them? Surely they see those that might be causing the trouble and could isolate them.

1. If I were the cops and planted 'rabble rousers' in the crowd |
I'd make sure it was a coordinated effort. So by the time the rabble rousers start rousing, the police are already on their way to busting heads. I don't think the protestors would have a chance to expose them.

3. Don't forget they have infiltrates in with the protestors. |
I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't in with the crowds and weren't there to try an get the peaceful protestors to turn into a violent mob. If there were objects being thrown, it was probably from the infiltrators.

5. Yep, I think similar, that there are clearly planted protagonists for violence in the crowd. It's |
so easy for them to do, and then blame OWS. Probably at this point it's anonymity in the crowd that protects the protagonists for violence.

6. I've seen no one I recognize from OO do anything violent. |
In one video, a protester throws a tear gas canister back to where it came from, a low throw, not high and dangerous. But, that could just as well have been defensive, throwing it away from the crowd.

property that was not his. Quite polite of him, given the circumstances. :)
