Something's happening here. CBS Nat'l TV News broadcast.
It opened from Seattle. Scott Pelley, host. .

With an OWS -Seattle lead.

Fair definition of what it's all about: corporate *greed*.

Then down to Oakland for what seemed like fair coverage of the scrimmaging and police excesses there.

Next segment: Bizarro interview w. Madoff's bizarro familia.

And a lengthy segment on yet another Wall Street scandal.... for which there have apparently been actual indictments. ( Pardon my ignorance : a culprit w. an ethnically Indian name is at the center.)

Last time I watched CBS evening news...about three months ago, I'd say.... they were featuring interviews w. reality show people and movie stars and the like.

"What it is ain't exactly clear." But it looks like the M$M is slooooowly catching on.

1. I think what they might be trying to say is
that sure, OWS protestors are pissed and have every right to be. but look! we got Madoff, and that other guy, see, we are doing something about it!

trouble with that is, there should be much more like them spilling out of a horn of plenty.

7. Saw ABC tonight.
They start out by saying only 39% support the Occupy Protests.

6. Gupta. He's the other side of the Rajatnaram bust from a few months ago
Though this seems to have been a side deal between two bankers, nothing institutional is being prosecuted here.

9. gripe- huge error- "avg income up 39 % last 30 yrs"..they did not adjust for inflation
Wages now lower than 1972 (infl adju).

With wives job added in, I read family total just holding even.

So CBS made huge error in ignoring infl...right?
