The Occupations must remain a peaceful movement...
Because, first of all, we cannot fight those with guns and grenades and assorted weapons.

There is an urge to fight back back but we must fight those urges. We must remain peaceful if we are to survive.

Occupation Colorado Springs is attempting to organize help for the homeless in our city. If we can raise the awareness of the citizens, it is the clearest example of the disparity of wealth and the lack of jobs and healthcare in this country. In my opinion, this is the best route to go at this time...

1. I agree, and I love the organization re: homelessness. In case you didn't see this...
This is a great article about how the Occupy Movement is raising awareness.

3. You are so right about this Kentuck......
Those in the movement need to watch for agitators...I really believe most of the problems come directly from them...and the Republican party it's self

4. Yes, you can.
Because, first of all, we cannot fight those with guns and grenades and assorted weapons.

Yes, actually you can, as scenes around the world show. Now hopefully this can remain peaceful, but don't think that oppression can not be stood up to with force if necessary.

As I watched the Oakland crackdown with all the high-rise buildings around I thought, "You know, one man with a rifle in one of those windows would send those cops running for cover."

You'll notice the armed teabagger rallies didn't get rolled, nor the Occupy Atlanta protest a couple of days ago with the fellow with a civilian AK-47 across his back.
