Day 2: Any national politicians criticize shooting of Iraq vet exercising the rights he fought for?
Edited on Thu Oct-27-11 01:35 PM by MannyGoldstein
Haven't heard of a single national politician criticizing the http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=439x2192045">awful, unprovoked attack on Scott Olsen. Have I missed something?

Or are our politicians all about what's good for the 1%?

1. Heard lots when Gabbie Giffords was shot in the head
I know it's a bit different situation but really, there should be just as much outrage over Olsen as there was over Giffords. Both were senseless acts of violence.

2. Olsen is contextually worse. It was organized and authorized.
Giffords was shot by a single sick individual?

8. This. This. This.
The Giffords shooter was an uncontrollable, unforseen act by a lone individual....

The Oakland attack was well-coordinated and precise in their actions by dozens of individuals carried out by hundreds of law 'enforcement' officials...

The predictable one, has said this can't go on...does that help? (Feinstein, right after Mayor Villarigoisa)

7. No, Nadin, what she meant by that statement
was that the organized public peaceful opposition to Wall St. and the attendant War Machine can't go on.

Know your enemy

I know you apologized, but jeez you're thick-headed sometimes and I always have to get out the crystal ball to intuit what you really mean. ESL, ADD and all.

I didn't see any sarcasm thingy up there did you?

I actually think DiFi is one of the best dressed men in the senate.

Regards,

Tempted, but won't use the ignore. Promise to stay out of your threads though.

In other words why bother? And increase the use of this for your benefit... :sarcasm: now let me edit for ya.

Sorry over edit time.
