So if your taxes are raised (i.e., Bush tax cuts rescinded) then you'll fire employees? Why? Would raising your taxes mean less business? Why do these 1%-ers insist that lower taxes mean more employees even when their amount of business remains the same? You going to hire more employees to stand around and do nothing?

5. This guy is full of shit...

The highest income tax bracket is 35%. He claims to be paying 50% in taxes. I call BS. This is a common strategy among the right wing. They claim that 47% of people don't pay any taxes when it suits them. For this line of bullshit, they are only referring to federal income taxes. When they claim they pay 50% of their income in taxes, they include every single tax they can possibly think of and they're still full of shit with the 50% figure.

Another thing that's annoying is the "I'm taking my ball and going home" bullshit. Go ahead fucker!!! Get Lost!! They only talk about America's entrepreneurial spirit when they're spewing BS. When they threaten to leave, they don't believe another entrepreneur will step in and fill the void they create.

He asks the lady how many people she employs. Here's how many... Lots... Every time any of us spend our money we employ someone! OUR dollars CIRCULATING in the economy create jobs, it's not low taxes creating jobs. Demand creates jobs!

I would say I am glad you are a job creator. You clearly possess a talent that others don't possess, and what those people want peter is for you to hire an extra 50 people. They want your buddies who are in the 1% to all hire an extra 50 people. You are a job creator right? They want you to create jobs, Peter, that is what they want. Nothing more. They don't want your grubby money they want a good job so they could earn their own. 50 Jobs Peter at at least 40K-50K what is that 2.5 mil Peter that is probably a fraction of your bonuses you pay out Peter.

7. Peter Schiff is a doomsdayer

A nutball who convinces people that the US dollar MUST collapse - and profits handsomely for it.

If there were anyone who I would consider anti-american - it would be a person who actively works to undermine the strength of the US greenback - so he can profit from increased values of gold and silver. And that is what he does.

His father is serving a sentence for tax evasion. Another libertarian nutbar. The apple does not fall far from the tree. And just because a person is wealthy - does not mean that they deserve admiration and awe.

He WANTS everyone to suffer, so he can become more wealthy. He wants the US greenback to lose its global reserve position because he feels the US does not deserve it, does not earn it - and paper money is fictional, while gold......yes, he wants paper money to be tied to a gold standard. Somehow, in his mind - this is better - even though hundreds of millions of people would find themselves in a pauper status. He does not care - because he sees a "golden" age after the cleansing - where millions of people will no longer occupy the earth, and the economy will be much slower....and the feudal lords will reign supreme.

His long term vision of decoupling the US dollar as a reserve currency is financial Armageddon - and he wants it so badly, he drools a bit talking about it. He and Osama Bin Laden are not so far apart. And these are the nice things I say about him.
