Authorities: 3 charged in Philly captives case face additional accusations

(CNN) -- Three of the four Philadelphia defendants charged so far in the so-called "dungeon case" are facing additional accusations in connection with a teenager who was previously rescued from a closet and may be charged as soon as Friday, a spokeswoman for the Philadelphia district attorney's office told CNN.

"More charges against Linda Weston, Eddie Wright and Jean McIntosh will be brought in connection with the alleged abuse of Beatrice Weston, the niece of Linda Weston," Tasha Jamerson told CNN.

"They were re-arrested by police for additional charges and the D.A. is planning to file those charges, " she added.

Jamerson would not elaborate on the charges. But Philadelphia police spokesman Lt. Ray Evers said they include kidnapping, assault and reckless endangerment.
