declare it illegal to carry around spray bottles or dust masks?
I can walk into the local WalMart and stock up on as much 5.56 ammo as I can carry but I'll probably now need to provide ID to buy a bottle of fuckin' Maalox.

2. Also, milk of magnesia -- |

50/50 dilution can be soaked onto a rag and used to wipe eyes. 50/50 Maloxx and water make good eyedrops. A rag or your mask can be soaked in vinegar to protect your hairway from teargas. They can also be soaked with water in a pinch, but vinegar is better.
Learned this manning the medical tent at Occupy SF.:D

Vinegar is also a handy antibacterial and antiseptic for scrapes and lacerations.

4. Take quick and shallow breaths through your mouth |
|
Keep your eyes gently closed (don't crinkle them if you can help it).
It's painful and irritating, but you can still breathe and it won't kill you.
