Brand New To A Union Job With The State |
|
I start my new gig with the state on Tuesday, and in my new position I'm represented by Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE) Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
I presume at some point early on I'll attend an orientation about the CBA. This is the first time I've ever been in a union position. Any specific questions I should ask?
Sorry if this sounds somewhat naive.

3. You will never regret being a union member. Just don't become |
|
one that even the union members wish would be fired. And congrats; I'm sure you'll see how the union fights for you when no one else will.
