1. This is an early alert so you can mark your calendar that there will be a vitally important meeting of the Southern Alameda County MoveOn Council in the afternoon of Sunday 11/13 at the Castro Valley Library,

Why is it vitally important?

MoveOn is joining with over 100 other organizations which are part of the Rebuild the American Dream movement to hold huge rallies on Thursday 11/17. Our participation in the massive 11/17 rallies will be planned at this meeting on 11/13, Help us seize the moment with millions of Americans who have awakened to how our government has been hijacked by Big Corporations and the Billionaires.

Jackiee Tybursky, the council's Organizer, will notify you of the exact time soon; it will probably be from 2:30 to 4:30.

2. Here's an opportunity to take action in solidarity with the Occupy Wall Street/Occupy Oakland movement next week--a Make Them Pay Their Fair Share rally at Chase Bank in downtown San Leandro on Saturday, 11/5.
