2. That little graphic ignores at least a couple of things
(1) It assumes that much of that tax saings is re-invested in business when in fact a considerable amount is used to fund consicious consumption and set aside as saviings.

(2) The portion of tax savings that is used to create jobs just might be creating employment opportunities in China - not here in the US.



I'm not defending flat taxes - just pointing out that the graphic is more than a bit misleading and oversimplified.

3. The tax code can be written
to not provide a benefit for investments overseas.
