http://www.ajc.com/news/shorter-university-requiring-staffers-1212689.html?cxtype=rss_news

New employees will have to sign the statement and existing employees will have to sign it to renew their contracts.

“Failure to adhere to this statement may result in disciplinary action against me, up to and including immediate termination,” the statement says.

Students, however, are not required to sign the policy.

Shorter University is a private Christian school with 3500 undergraduates.

6. It's a form of morals clause.
The Hollywood Studios had these prohibitive provisions (excuse the alliteration please) inserted in the major stars' agreements in order to protect the studios and the image of the movie stars, the latter of which sold movie tickets. Of course the morals clauses didn't slow down a bunch of stars like Joan Crawford, Jean Harlowe, and Clark Gable, but they didn't flaunt their indiscretions in public.

7. "I vow to reject my humanity and god given free will and to become a saint on earth"
I can't think of more unpleasant people in the world than those who are outwardly bucking for sainthood.

I'll take sociopaths over them any day. At least the sociopaths are usually charming.

Besides, the anxiety of getting caught adds to the enjoyment of these activities.

9. I'm so glad I work for UC Berkeley!
They are totally inclusive of gays and minorities and of cultures from all over the world.

Gay employees are allowed to include their partners on their healthcare. Professors are required to give tests to students based on the students' religious restrictions or handicapped status. And the only objection they have to sex is when a Professor has sex with a student of theirs.

I wouldn't even apply for a job at the Georgia University.

17. Is it pre-marital if you never plan on getting married?
Or how about if you've been married once (or twice)? Wouldn't that be "post-marital" sex?

18. Private schools get to make their own rules to a certain extent
if it's within the law. If you don't like it don't go to school there or work there.
