Pat Buchanan issued a stern warning to Occupy Wall Street this weekend.

In a round-table discussion on 'The McLaughlin Group', host John McLaughlin asked panelists about the future of the movement.

“It’s going to end very, very badly with these folks in the winter and they’re not going to be getting publicity and they’re going to be acting up and acting badly like the worst of the demonstrators in the 60s," Buchanan said. "They’re going to start fighting with the cops.”

I believe that I posted earlier that the nation-wide attacks are purposely violent so the kkkops can gain a violent response, which would be used as carte blanche by kkkops across the nation...to end #Occupy. Planned by the L33t all along. All Buchanan is doing is revealing their plan.

I suspect it may not be realistic to see the camping in city park phase grow and prosper during the winter. But I suspect OWS is a much bigger deal than simply pitching tents in the middle of cities - just as the civil rights movement was bigger than the 1963 march on Washington. OWS is the beginning of the awakening of a sleeping giant - the sleeping giant of ordinary people across the spectrum who simply don't believe that it is tolerable that government and society has to be directed only to benefit the very few at the cost of everyone else. That jeanie is now out of the bottle. The sleeping giant is already waking up. This new consciousness is spreading across all spectrums of society and the question of how long some folks can hold out living in city parks during the cold winter has nothing to do with it. The days of everyone being told by the most privileged and powerful people on earth "we all have to make sacrifices" while they grow richer and more powerful at the expense of everyone else are now over. The days of only the wealthy few have access the levers of power no matter who wins the elections are coming to an end. The long silent majority will simply not tolerate it anymore.

due to social media and busy trying to survive lives people do not get together much and it's just to easy to blow off a "meeting". When everyone is together there is always a "meeting" and it builds as a result.

as it's class related. Given that the KKK was formed as a confederate insurgency after the civil war, I don't really the connection. I mean, obviously they went around terrorizing and intimidating the population, but they were not officially sanction by the governments. Anyway, wouldn't it make more sense to compare these guys to something like the gestapo (if that's going too far, I'm sure there are lesser evils we could compare them to) It just seems rather ill-thought-out and shallow to use compare them to the KKK, and it cheapens the valid arguments to be made. If you think i'm wrong, please explain why.
