20. This governor, Bill Kaslan(?) is lying and is feeling very

guilty about what he did. You can hear the worry and fear in his voice. I was not keeping up with the news and don't know what happened, but this man is lying and going against his conscience in whatever he is talking about. He does not believe what he is saying. He sounds like he is about to cry. And his nervous gestures are hard to watch.

He could never get elected if that is how he normally acts. He is doing something quite wrong whatever it is, and he knows it and regrets it.
