Ministers outraged over handling of student’s accident in class

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) - A group of ministers is outraged about what happened when a student had an accident during class.

The Brunswick County Ministerial Alliance spoke at the Brunswick County Board of Education meeting tonight about the incident.

Pastor Anthony Gause says about a month ago, an elementary school student had to go to the bathroom during class.

The student says the teacher wouldn't let him go, so he ended up going in his pants.

Gause says the teacher wouldn't let the student clean himself up.

1. Poor baby! Give me a break!!!
Teacher should be fired. That is abuse and it has caused him emotional distress as well. Now he'll be the subject of ridicule. Unbelievable. Boy, would they hear from me if I was in that community. Actually, I think I'll drop a line to the superintendent of that school's district.

2. Yeah, they should be angry
it's cruel. I can understand IF a student CONSTANTLY asks to go to the bathroom in a disruptive manner saying no once in awhile. But to not allow the student to clean himself up? That is severely cruel. The teacher should be punished.
