I have a legal question concerning murder.
Let's say, I create a corporate person.

Let's say, I use it to whatever means for a few months. For example, to funnel unlimited cash to a politician.

But that corporate person never produces anything, or hires workers apart from administrative staff.

Clearly, the corporate person does not get past the infant stage.

And then I decide to abort the corporate infant, at only a few months of age, before it even had a chance to grow.

Does the abortion of a corporate person count as murder?

6. If, as the SCOTUS says,
a corporation is a person, is killing of that person corporaticide, or homicide?

13. Corporations are people and abortion is murder. What's not to understand about that?
What happens if both equations become law of the land and those laws start to interfere?

You decide to start a company, but then the process is interrupted, e.g. due to economic reasons.
You aborted a corporate person.
Under these laws, you could be charged with murder.

And gal, you ain't heard me ramblin' yet. :D

17. Well, not yet. But the pro-lifers are clearly heading there.
The scenario of legal calamities I have drawn is hypothetical, for now.

10. Actually once the idiots on the SC claimed corporate
personhood, they stretched the idea of what a person is way, waaaay, beyond even the fantasy stage. Nothing can compare to that insanity and hopefully it will die a natural death as it deserves before too long.

11. I like that.
As ridiculous some people think this is, it's just as ridiculous to give corporations some of the same rights as people, no?

So sure, makes some wierd sense really. If you create this being, killing it or letting it die would be murder or at least against human/person rights.

crazy yes, but most things are lately.

12. I'd look into funneling money from inside an LLC.
The LLC "person" gets sued until dead. Meanwhile, you personally are safe.

16. can we execute a corporation for its crimes?
Until we do, a corporation ain't a person, no matter what the Courts say.
