Occupy public lands?
I live in California. We have closed at least 80 state parks and a mess of rest stops across the state due to budget cuts. I was trying to think of a way for campers and RVers to participate in the movement. Would it make sense to Occupy closed rest stops and closed state parks?

Over the last few years, the number of individules and families living in RVs has really blown up. Maybe occupying BLM public lands as well would be a way of drawing in those concerned with environmental neglect. So, what d y'all think?

I think the environment would likely be damaged. In most cases, the best thing you can do to pristine park land is leave it alone.
