Poll question: Who won tonight's Cain-Gingrich debate?
Actually should be called a 'talking point' PR yakking session.

Anyway, you do you think won the 'debate'?

5. Did you watch the debate?
That has to qualify as self abuse.

6. I always like to watch the GOP debates for the 'funny' moments
Edited on Sat Nov-05-11 08:54 PM by Tx4obama

but there weren't any tonight in the so-called debate which wasn't really a debate at all, they spent more time agreeing with each other than anything else.

And the topic of Cain's sexual harassment scandal was 'off limits' - so no fireworks there.

The most interesting part of the night, in my opinion, were the TWO occasions when Cain was asked a question and he either did not understand the question or did not know the answer and he looked over at Newt and said "You go first" - LOL :)

Edited to add

I didn't see many of the tweets on Twitter regarding the debate,
but of the ones that I did see I think the one below by Begala was the best.

@PaulBegala
Newt & Cain scheduling a debate during the best college football game of the year proves neither is qualified to be Prez.

9. Mitt Romney, also known as Willard
This debate was watched by maybe two people nationwide, and is a non-event. He wins by default as the leading candidate in the republican race.

11. After the debate tonight
Edited on Sat Nov-05-11 09:30 PM by Tx4obama

there was a short press conference back stage.

CNN just showed video from the press conference and Cain lashed out at the reporters when they tried to ask him about the sexual harassment allegations.

So, it looks like the media will have video for a weekend story :)

Apparently Cain thinks that the story/media will just go away because he wants to change the topic, it ain't gonna happen.
