I just returned a few weeks ago from a trip to the UK, and my inner clock/sleep patterns are still off kilter - don't think this will help.

(Aside to Dipsy Doodle, my flight from Edinburgh to Heathrow approached smack dab over the heart of London on a sunny day. Terrific view of London Bridge, Buckingham Palace and the London Eye.)

5. The USA needs to do like Arizona & Indiana

Standard time year-round. Car accidents always increase right after the time change, because people's sleep cycles are disrupted.
