The BS logic of Cain and the Grinch |
|
Newt made a derogatory comment about "while waiting for Obama to create jobs" to loud applause (not the only BS swipe at Obama)
--- Rethugs mantra is that govt does not create jobs - that is why" tax cuts are necessary for private sector job creators"
--- The "unemployed cannot find work because there are lazy" - but there are "no jobs created by Obama" (Obama has created more jobs in 3 years than Bush did in 8)
--- There are "plenty of jobs but no-one skilled to fill them" - who has been slashing education and college benefits?
--- "People are not responsible, that is why they do not have jobs". Funny when Clinton created 23 million jobs, there were plenty of responsible people to fill them.
They cannot make up their minds about whether the number of unemployed is because Obama has not created jobs - or the jobs are there but people are too irresponsible and lazy to fill them - their standard stick against those on the "left".
Enough to make one's head hurt.
I hope someone points out the fact that they talk utter nonsense. (Please Rachel)
And the audience lapped it up, because they swallow bumper sticker slogans and do not think any further than that - even if the contradictions occur within a few minutes of each other.

1. Facts and logic matter very little to the right |

What do you expect from the party that still maintains the failed ideology of "trickle down"?
Most people are smart enough to try something else when one method fails. Republicans simply give it a new name and marketing strategy.
