6. I would urge you to have someone unobtrusively video your protest..

Perhaps from inside a car or van..

Several someones would be even better, you really need an objective and unimpeachable record of what happens, just in case.

It would also be wise to research the legal status of recording police and private citizens in your state and locality.

7. Stay safe. You know if the tank runs low, they're not going to bother getting you more.

Only do this if you can tolerate being off O2 for any time.

It's hard for me to admit this is a healthy person's game at this point, too.
