Woman Mistaken For Robber, Tased

Andrea Boarman walked to the store near her apartment in Rancho Cordova Monday night. While she was inside, the place was robbed and the suspect took off. When Boarman walked outside after the robbery, she was contacted by officers who told her to wait by the police cruiser. Officers say she matched the same general description as the suspect: a black female wearing dark clothing. According the Boarman, she tried to show officers her receipt from the store.

From there, things escalated.
