5. It's a funny use of the dog story, but it's even more poignant on the plight of so many Republicans.

They don't want Mitt as their nominee but they increasingly feel like they'll have to settle for him by default.

Unfortunately for us, he'd have a better chance of winning than Bachmann, Perry, or Cain. I'm hoping that the poor elephant finds a way to break out of the crate and run away from Mitt.
