13. at that same time my phones went out COMPLETELY...

THEN MY landlne had a busy signal for10 minutes...tried to call several friends on cell phone...busy signals
then when I got an answer from one she could not hear me. This went on for nearly 15 minutes
of consistent calling to various numbers.

What's up?...
